saving plastic bottle caps?

Sorry I've never heard of the bottle cap thing. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img] I usually buy 3-4 20 oz. drinks a day while working. I'll start saving them and buy the end up the week we can give some vegetable another 20 minutes or so of battery power.

People at work send out emails all the time about those bottle caps. Something to the effect that collecting these will help some person out with medical expenses???????

Yeah supposedly there's a kid at Norton Community that is on life support and the family has no money no insurance so the hospital will give them one minute of life support for every bottle cap turned in.

At least that's the version I heard. I know Norton elementary school was collecting bottle caps for that reason (one of the parents there told me).
